2 years after the launch of the online course, I asked 4 questions to the participants about this experience. And this “impact” was found.
Question 1:
What do you remember the most? Are you doing anything from the course's lessons now?
"Yes, I use exercises from the course for improvisation and in general they help a lot in creating combinations (especially when the fantasy ends).

Most of all, I remember the lesson on working with space, I have never seen such super interesting exercises from anyone."
"I especially remember working with my body through a piece of paper. The feeling of your own dance.

Also practice in silence."
"As for memories, then of course this course, I would even say a stage in my life, I remember with warmth.

A couple of years have passed and my life has flowed from dance to another channel, so dance in my life now exists irregularly, but only on a whim. But when this happens, my mini improvisations arise with a reference to this course, because that's when I started learning to listen to my body and feel it in a new way."
"I'm not doing it now, but I have a desire to repeat it for the reason that there were a lot of focal points in the body in the course and I liked it.

I just don't think about some parts of my body."
"Yes, I remember the exercises from the course. Since I sometimes dance for my own pleasure, I remember some tricks that help me diversify my improvisation.

For example, lines and circles, their mixing and separation, I sometimes intentionally break my brain so that it just starts working. But not always) More often, of course, I just improvise, giving myself to the flow.

And of course my most favorite exercise, which was a discovery for me (I don't remember the exact name, I'll just explain the essence now) is an exercise when it was necessary to strain all the muscles of the body, then relax them.

To create, for example, slow running, I have never used muscle tension before, but on the contrary relaxed; but through tension, a much more spectacular movement is obtained."
Question 2:
What intention did you come to the course with?
"I decided to go to the course, because modern choreography was then a new stage for me after several years of practicing folk dance, so for me this world was completely unknown, the body did not obey and did not understand what was wanted from it.

I was once in your live class before the course and realized that until that moment I had no idea about modern dance and I had a lot to learn.

Having this experience of meeting you, which was very comfortable and productive, I decided to go to the music of the bodies."
"To be honest, I don't remember the exact request/intention. I remember that I wanted to dance, and in a new way.

Since I was studying in Saratov at that time, despite the large number of hours of dance per week (we had about 6 hours, because modern and classical dance were separated), I lacked a normal, human dance.

I didn't like modern dance there))) And I needed to develop myself. A new feeling in the dance (or a forgotten old one).

And of course I just wanted to communicate with you, I was pleased to feel that you are my mentor in this matter."
"I was interested in the information that Ira was carrying and the focus was where I wasn't even thinking at all, I wasn't immersed."
"I came to the course in order to diversify my dance, because at that moment the brain was very used to doing the same movements, there was stagnation."
"I wanted to restore my body and mind to dance form.

Start your dance from scratch."
"Initially, I had a goal – to move freely and not think about how I move, and that's why I remember most of all the "fornication of the body", how I felt like an artist, and my hands are brushes.

I am an opponent of everything related to online, but you always tell me so deliciously that it was a pleasure, and of course the convenience of online, that I could work out at 3 in the morning and then review it again."
Question 3:
What was the thrill for you personally in organization of the course?
"I really enjoyed working with breathing and studying my own body. Breathing in dance was something new for me, catching different states of my body, then making it weightless, then feeling full control and strength of every muscle.

It was very convenient that certain tasks or techniques were sorted out in the lesson in such a way that you demonstrated them on yourself, said what I could feel at that moment, I started doing them together with you, and then there was a musical retreat, where I had time for my own improvisation, when I already I didn't look at you on the screen, but did it myself.

Homework is always important to me in the feedback and it was very cool to receive it from you, communicate by voice, take apart my homework pieces and delve into inner feelings."
"The organization of the course was excellent, the lessons themselves were compiled in a super convenient format, and homework with your help motivated me to move on."
"In this regard, the most favorite was the format of the dialogue. Therefore, the fact that your new course is bought much more willingly individually is not at all surprising.

I liked that I could hear you, that you could make comments: where it is clamped, what is repeated, where you want freedom.

Yes, the dialog format. And the dialogue is about the love of business."
"I really liked the feedback in this course! Doing homework for me acted as an energy exchange.

I shared my current state, and the opinion from the outside helped me."
"It's definitely cool homework related not only to movement, but also to creativity, connecting thought and analysis, versatile focus, but one thing.

In the video lessons, if I'm not mistaken, there were pauses to complete the task and Ira was together, and this is also good.

Put the video on pause, take your time, it either wanted to or it was and I liked it.

There are a lot of simple associations in a good way, I am proud of the complex ones."
Question 4:
What is the result of completing the course?
Course price:
$130
"I always say that I don't care much about the result in dance when there is a process of self-knowledge and development. This is not a competition, thank God, or a course preparing for admission to a dance theater troupe of some kind)

This is exactly about how to hear yourself and your body finally, how to agree on some things with him, how to feel that the back or tailbone turns out to be dancing too, and not serving other parts of the body.

This is such honesty about the back and coccyx, for example. And there are many such things.

As for the result, I can say for sure that every time after the dance I feel a good vertical – I want to exist at least with this vertical on the court.

If it works out in life, damn it, it will be just brilliant."
"In the final, I began to see modern dance and myself in it in a new way. Feel the body, try to disassemble it into particles and listen to each one.

Of course, when I watched my homework videos, I didn't always like what I saw, but it was the inner message that changed in me.

I think there will be little for a honed course technique in my case, but the look, feelings, thoughts began to flow from a different angle.

Thank you for this experience and the other me."
"A charged body, as if I went to the gym with a penchant for getting to know myself and incorporating myself into the body."
"The result was the fact that due to this course, I began to dance more, and then I got the idea that dance is the basis of emancipation, which I tell my students :)

I am insanely happy that you are in my life!"
"After the course, my improvisation became much brighter and more saturated, my body stopped repeating the same thing."
